Installation
- Download KyberAccess Kiosk from the App Store
- Open the app on your iPad
- Enter your Organization Code (found in dashboard under Settings → Kiosk Config)
- The kiosk syncs your configuration automatically
Guided Access (Lock to Kiosk Mode)
To prevent visitors from exiting the app:
- Go to iPad Settings → Accessibility → Guided Access
- Turn on Guided Access and set a passcode
- Open KyberAccess Kiosk
- Triple-click the Home/Side button to start Guided Access
Guard Mode
Security guards can access additional features by triple-tapping the KyberAccess logo:
- Manual student/visitor lookup
- Force check-in/check-out mode
- View recent check-ins
- Override screening flags
Recommended iPad Settings
- Brightness: Set to maximum for QR scanning
- Auto-Lock: Never
- Do Not Disturb: Enabled
- Orientation Lock: Enabled (portrait or landscape based on your stand)
