KyberAccess offers flexible pricing designed for organizations of every size, from small offices with a single entrance
to enterprise campuses with dozens of locations. Whether you are just getting started with visitor management or need a
fully integrated security platform, there is a plan that fits your needs and budget.
This guide covers each plan tier in detail, explains what is included, describes how billing works, and answers common
pricing questions.
Plan Tiers
KyberAccess offers three plan tiers: Free, Pro, and Enterprise.
Free Plan
Cost: $0 per month, forever.
The Free plan is designed for small offices, co-working spaces, and organizations evaluating KyberAccess before
committing to a paid subscription.
Included features:
- 1 location
- Unlimited visitors with no cap on monthly check-ins
- Basic check-in workflow for walk-in and manual check-in
- Visitor log with searchable records of all check-ins and check-outs
- Host email notifications when visitors arrive
- Basic reporting with CSV export of visitor logs
- 1 administrator user and up to 3 front desk users
- Web-based check-in on any device with a browser
- Access to the help center and community documentation
Not included in Free:
- iPad kiosk app
- ID scanning and selfie capture
- Badge printing
- Watchlist screening
- Pre-registration with QR codes
- Calendar and messaging integrations
- Full analytics dashboard
- Phone or email support
The Free plan is a great way to experience the core of KyberAccess at zero cost. When you are ready for advanced
features, upgrading is seamless and all your existing data carries over.
Pro Plan
Cost: $4,200 per location per year, billed annually. That works out to $350 per month per location. Volume discounts are
available for organizations with 5 or more locations.
The Pro plan is the most popular tier, designed for schools, offices, and facilities that need professional visitor
management with security screening, badge printing, and comprehensive analytics.
Everything in Free, plus:
Check-In and Identity:
- iPad Kiosk app for dedicated self-service check-in
- Web kiosk mode for any tablet or computer
- ID scanning with AAMVA barcode parsing for US and Canadian driver's licenses, plus 4K photo capture
- Selfie capture with the front camera for badge printing and verification
- Photo matching that compares the selfie against the ID photo
- Returning visitor recognition for faster repeat check-ins
- QR code check-in for pre-registered visitors
Security and Screening:
- Watchlist screening against sex offender registries
- Custom watchlists for your own denied or flagged persons lists
- BOLO (Be On the Lookout) alerts for specific individuals
- Health screening questionnaires during check-in
- NDA and waiver digital signing on the check-in device

Enterprise Plan
Cost: Custom pricing based on your organization's scale and requirements. Contact our sales team for a tailored quote.
The Enterprise plan is built for large organizations, multi-campus deployments, and facilities with advanced security or
compliance needs.
Everything in Pro, plus:

- Expanded watchlist screening databases
- Physical access control integration with HID Global, Genetec, Brivo, OpenPath, Kisi, and more
- Automatic visitor access provisioning and revocation based on visitor type and approval status
- Industry-specific compliance reporting templates for ITAR, C-TPAT, FSMA, and HIPAA
Advanced Management:
- SCIM provisioning through Okta, OneLogin, JumpCloud, or other identity providers
- Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect
- Custom roles with granular permission controls
- Unlimited custom visitor types with unique workflows per type
- White-labeling with your own domain, logo, and branding throughout the platform
Developer Tools:
- Full REST API for programmatic access to all data and functions

Billing and Payment
How Billing Works
- Free plan: No billing. Use KyberAccess forever at no cost.
- Pro plan: Billed annually at $4,200 per location per year. Payment is due at the start of the billing period.
- Enterprise plan: Custom billing terms negotiated with sales. Annual and multi-year contracts are available.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- ACH bank transfer (Pro and Enterprise plans)
- Wire transfer (Enterprise only)
- Purchase orders (Enterprise only, subject to credit approval)
Managing Your Subscription
1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. View your current plan, billing cycle, and payment method
3. Upgrade — Click to move to a higher plan. Changes take effect immediately.
4. Add Location — Add locations to your Pro plan with prorated billing for the remaining period.
5. Payment History — View and download all invoices.
6. Update Payment — Change your credit card or payment method at any time.
Upgrading
Free to Pro
1. Go to Settings > Billing > Upgrade
2. Select the Pro plan
3. Enter your payment information
4. Confirm the annual charge
5. All Pro features activate immediately. Your existing visitor records remain intact.
Pro to Enterprise
1. Click Contact Sales on the Enterprise plan card, or email sales@kyberaccess.com
2. A sales representative will schedule a call to discuss your requirements
3. You receive a custom proposal and quote
4. Upon agreement, Enterprise features are activated and your dedicated account manager reaches out to begin onboarding
Downgrading
To downgrade from Pro to Free:
1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click Downgrade
3. Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period
4. After the billing period ends, the account reverts to Free plan capabilities
5. All visitor data is retained — you lose access to advanced features but your records remain
Note: If you have multiple locations on a Pro plan, downgrading to Free requires selecting one primary location. Data
for other locations is archived but not deleted.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free trial of the Pro plan? Yes. Contact sales for a 14-day free trial of all Pro features. No credit card is
required.
Can I pay monthly instead of annually? The Pro plan is billed annually. Monthly billing is not currently available. The
annual structure allows us to keep pricing competitive.
What happens if I do not renew? If your Pro plan lapses, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan. Data is
preserved, but advanced features are disabled until you renew.
Do you offer discounts for schools and non-profits? Yes. KyberAccess offers special pricing for non-profit
organizations, K-12 schools, and educational institutions. Contact sales with documentation of your organization's
status for a custom quote.
Is there a setup fee? No setup fees for Free or Pro plans. Enterprise plans may include optional paid professional
services such as on-site installation or custom integration development.
Can I cancel at any time? You can cancel your Pro plan at any time. It remains active until the end of the current
billing period with no further charges. Refunds are available within the first 30 days.
