Enabling Student Mode
- Go to Settings → Modules → Student Attendance
- Toggle Enable Student Check-In
- Configure your school's schedule (start time, tardy threshold)
Importing Students
CSV Upload
- Go to Students → Import
- Download the CSV template
- Fill in student names, grades, homerooms, and guardian contacts
- Upload the completed CSV
Google Workspace Sync
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Workspace
- Authorize access to your school's Google Admin directory
- Students and staff are imported automatically
SIS Integration
Connect to Veracross or other supported SIS platforms for automatic roster sync.
Generating QR Passes
- Go to Students → QR Passes
- Select students (or select all)
- Choose delivery method: Email to parents, Print badges, or Push to Wallet
