Setting Up Student Check-In

Enabling Student Mode

  1. Go to Settings → Modules → Student Attendance
  2. Toggle Enable Student Check-In
  3. Configure your school's schedule (start time, tardy threshold)

Importing Students

CSV Upload

  1. Go to Students → Import
  2. Download the CSV template
  3. Fill in student names, grades, homerooms, and guardian contacts
  4. Upload the completed CSV

Google Workspace Sync

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Workspace
  2. Authorize access to your school's Google Admin directory
  3. Students and staff are imported automatically

SIS Integration

Connect to Veracross or other supported SIS platforms for automatic roster sync.

Generating QR Passes

  1. Go to Students → QR Passes
  2. Select students (or select all)
  3. Choose delivery method: Email to parents, Print badges, or Push to Wallet
